Raleigh Park

Raleigh Park is a modern complex consisting of 6 blocks with mixed cluster flats and houses catering for Undergraduate students all the way to final year and Postgraduate students. It is a short walk from Jubilee campus and the Queens Medical Centre, ideal for nursing and medical students who are on placement there.

The site has plenty of options to suit your preferred tastes. If you want to live with your friends or make new friends then Raleigh has 4-6 bed cluster flats to choose from. In each flat you will have your own furnished bedroom and shared kitchen and lounge areas complete with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, dining table and chairs, sofa and coffee table.

Unlike other accommodation, Raleigh Park gives you the option to live in town-houses as well as student blocks. Each town-house is 6 bedrooms and is split across 3 floors. On the top and middle floor will be bedrooms and shared bathrooms. The ground floor will have a separate kitchen with dining table and a dishwasher and a separate living room with a sofa and coffee table.

Postgraduate students have their own designated block which provides them with standard en-suite rooms located further away from the other blocks providing a more relaxing and peaceful environment to complete your studies.

Raleigh Park has its own common room which hosts a variety of events throughout the year, quiet study room for students to go with their laptops for a different environment and speak to residential tutors for any concerns they may have. There is a ball court exclusive for Raleigh Park students only and WiFi is accessible across the site. New for 2015 is a purpose-built outdoor gym Situated in Sillitoe Court, giving residents the opportunity to work out and save money on gym fees

There are three laundrettes available; an on-site maintenance and management team; and on Site Security 365 days a year. There is free secure bike storage across the site which is accessed by a code system, and an on-site car park for up to 100 cars (extra charges apply). All utility bills are included in the rent, so there are no hidden charges.

Raleigh Park is located next to the University of Nottingham’s Jubilee Campus (5 mins away), and University Park is just a short walk away (20 mins). Alternatively, residents can catch a free hopper bus that travels between Jubliee and University Park. Nottingham City Centre is a short walk (25 mins) or a quick bus ride (5-10 mins), with several routes running from nearby the site.

Additionally, there is a Lidl, Greggs, Subway and Domino’s Pizza across the road and a Tesco Express just a 5-7 minute walk away. There is a gym nearby for those wanting to keep in shape.
