Thankyou for considering us as your choice of student accommodation! We are now currently fully-booked until the next academic year.

Located directly opposite the University of Edinburgh, and surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops and scenic views, Potterrow is the perfect student home in the city. We are also just a short walk from Edinburgh College of Art, and a bus ride from Edinburgh Napier University and Heriot-Watt University.

Choose from our en-suite studios or shared apartments equipped with all the essentials for your stay, plus we don’t charge extra if you’re sharing as a couple. Enjoy a spacious work area, storage and small double bed. Each studio comes with its own en-suite shower room and private mini-kitchen.

In the shared apartments, you’ll share a fully-fitted kitchen/living area, as well as a bathroom with both a shower and bath. Weekly bathroom and kitchen cleaning are included in your rent!

We also have great social spaces with games and a study area for when it’s time to work hard.

Potterrow 1 is currently under a refurb to improve the quality of living for all of our resident's. Expect to experience a High End Boutique Feel, with Bespoke En-Suite Pods (unique to Potterrow), and even get fantastic views over the university in the top floor dining room - (private dining only available for Potterrow 1 residents)!
