About Mystudenthalls.com
Mystudenthalls.com is a free search engine for student accommodation in the UK. We list purpose-built student accommodation from national operators and independent providers across more than 50 towns and cities, and have done so since 2011.
You can search by city or university, compare weekly prices and room types, and contact the accommodation provider directly. There is no account to create and nothing to pay us.

Why we started
Mystudenthalls.com began in 2011 when comparing private student halls was surprisingly difficult. Universities and accommodation providers all had their own websites, information was presented differently from one site to the next, and comparing buildings often meant having a dozen tabs open at once.
Our founder, Dan Roberts, built the first version of Mystudenthalls.com around a simple idea: put purpose-built student accommodation in one place and present each building in a consistent way so students could compare like with like.
What we list
Everything on Mystudenthalls.com is purpose-built student accommodation. You will find en-suite rooms, studios and rooms in shared flats, from large national operators to independent providers with a single building. We also list larger co-living schemes that offer accommodation to students.
We do not list shared houses or flats from private landlords.
Prices, room types and availability are supplied and managed by the accommodation providers themselves. Individual providers may have their own requirements for guarantors, advance payment or eligibility.
How it works
Start by searching for the city or university you are heading to. You can compare properties and weekly prices, then filter by budget, area and room type.
When you find somewhere you are interested in, you contact the provider through the listing. The provider replies to you and, if you decide to book, the agreement is between you and them.
Mystudenthalls.com is not a booking agent and does not sit in the middle of your contract.

Why is the site free?
Accommodation providers pay us an annual fee to list their buildings.
We do not take commission on bookings or add anything to the price shown on a listing. We do not receive a percentage of the rent you pay.
Keeping information accurate
Providers manage their own listings, so prices, room types and availability come directly from the people running the building. If something looks out of date, email hello@mystudenthalls.com and we will check it with the provider.
Who we are
Mystudenthalls.com is owned and run by Mygroup Digital Ltd, an independent UK company, and has been since it launched 15 years ago. We are not owned by an accommodation provider, a university or a lettings group.
