Kaplan Living Brighton

Come and join the friendly student community at Kaplan Living Brighton, a brand new student residence opening in September 2019.

We welcome students from all over the city, and our central Brighton location is ideal for students at both the University of Brighton and the University of Sussex.

Our bright and brand new accommodation includes comfortable private bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom in a shared flat, and studio apartments with a private kitchen and bathroom. The residence was purpose built just for students, and has everything you need to feel at home.

Secure access doors will help you to feel safe, and our friendly management team is on site 24 hours a day. They're on hand to help you with any problems you have, whether it's an issue with your room, navigating the local area or arranging travel.

You won’t have to worry about bills, either, as all utilities, like electricity, gas and water, are included, along with maintenance costs and high speed WiFi throughout the building.

There's a range of facilities for you to enjoy during your time at Kaplan Living Brighton. The communal areas are a great place to work and play with your new friends, and include a study lounge and a games area. You'll also have access to laundry facilities.
