You’ll be just a 4-minute walk from Northumbria University’s Business and Law school and under 10 minutes from the library and city campus, meaning getting to your morning lectures after a night out at Digital will be that little bit simpler! For those of you studying at Newcastle University, Knoll Court is a 15-minute stroll away. Perfect.

We have 3 types of en-suites for you to choose from, located in a flat of 3, 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms with shared a kitchen/lounge giving you the option to socialise with others or enjoy the privacy of your own room.

Common Areas
In September 2018 Knoll Court was fitted with some brand new common spaces, perfect to sit back and relax, workout or get your head into some books. We have a brand new common room with study booths, a widescreen TV and sofa area – perfect for hanging out with your fellow residents. There’s also a new fitness suite with a treadmill, cross-trainer, spin bike, water rower, leg press, chest press, yoga mats and a TV to plug in your favourite inspirational training videos! You can even book out the brand new study room for group work, meetings or simply knuckling down before exams.

Student Life at Knoll Court
We haven’t even mentioned the best bit about Knoll Court yet! Joe, Dan, Dawn and Stephen will make your time with us simply unforgettable. They are on hand to help you make Knoll Court your home away from home. There are regular events held on site ranging from religious festivals to games nights, Yoga classes to BBQ’s, this alongside our regular competitions with fab prizes up for grabs. There is always something to keep you busy here at Knoll Court. We know you will just love it!!

Safety and Security
All students will receive their own electronic key fob to enter the residence and there is CCTV and the on-site team to assist when you need to ensure that you’re always in safe hands.
