Brunel Court offers amazing value student accommodation in Preston, ideal for those studying at The University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), we are just a five minutes’ walk from UCLAN and the city centre. Last year we created a number of luxury pod apartments at Brunel Court, these have proved to be extremely popular and as such we have decided to build more for September 2020.
Our luxury pod apartments include an open-plan living area and kitchen, together with a separate double bedroom and en-suite shower room, as opposed to a typical studio apartment where everything is in one room.
Each pod is contemporary in style and includes a full-sized double bed, a 40-inch Smart TV and 100MB unlimited broadband. Double occupancy is permitted.

What’s more, the pods also benefit from everything you’d expect at student halls, including 24/7 security, communal lounge, gymnasium, study room whilst all situated in landscaped grounds in a fantastic location.
