Friargate Court is a luxury, all-inclusive student & key worker residence in the heart of Preston - perfect for those in the various stages of their academic, training or working lives.

Located a few minutes stroll from UCLan campus, our development is set in landscaped grounds on Friargate in the heart of the University Quarter. Preston City Centre is also within walking distance, connecting residents to the abundance of shops, leisure and entertainment aspects of our community.

Our well-appointed studios and cluster apartments include fully-furnished communal living spaces and fitted kitchens complete with appliances, utensils and crockery. Our clusters range from 2 - 5 beds - making us perfect to share with friends! Private en-suite bedrooms are also fully furnished with complimentary bedding packs provided at the start of your tenancy.

As you settle into your new home, your safety is our top priority. Security is included in your rent as standard meaning your new environment benefits from secure entry systems, CCTV and staff presence all day, every day.

All rent includes 100 Mbps of Wi-Fi* and utility bills. Contents insurance is also included on contracts over 6 months.
