To the south of the city centre, Manchester Gardens is around 20 minutes’ walk from the University of Manchester’s Oxford Road campus. Manchester Metropolitan University is a 28-minute walk, or 14 minutes by bus, and the Royal Northern College of Music is a similar distance away.

We offer good value en suite rooms in a pleasant location with gardens and areas of woodland nearby. There are great study and social spaces including a lounge with TV and games, and an outdoor area with barbecue.
