Help
If you are using Mystudenthalls.com to find a room, the answers below cover some of the questions we are asked most often. If yours is not here, email hello@mystudenthalls.com.

Frequently asked questions
Do you own or manage the accommodation?
No. Mystudenthalls.com is a search and comparison site. Every building listed is owned or managed by the accommodation provider named on the listing, not by us, and that provider handles viewings, bookings, contracts and deposits. We do not manage their availability or have access to your booking.
How do I contact a building?
Open the listing and use the Request details button. Your message goes straight to the provider and they reply to you directly.

I have sent an enquiry and not heard back
Providers reply to you directly, and most do within a few working days. Check your spam folder first, because the reply will come from the provider’s address rather than ours. If you have heard nothing after a week, email hello@mystudenthalls.com with the name of the building and the date you enquired, and we will follow it up with the provider.
Can I book through Mystudenthalls.com?
No. You book directly with the provider. Contact them through the listing and they will take it from there. We are not a booking agent, we do not take a commission, and there is nobody sitting between you and the operator.
Something on a listing looks wrong
Prices, availability and room details are managed by the providers themselves, so they can change quickly. If something looks out of date or incorrect, email hello@mystudenthalls.com with the name of the listing and we will check it with the provider.
Do I need an account?
Not to search or to enquire. Accounts are only for accommodation providers who list with us.
