What the verified operator badge means

When you see a property on Mystudenthalls.com with the green “Verified operator” badge like the example above, it means the building is listed directly by the company that runs it. When you press “Request details” your enquiry goes straight to them, no agents.

What we check

Before any building goes live, we confirm the company listing it is the direct operator. We work with every operator ourselves and control what is published on the platform.

How we’re different

Many student accommodation sites are booking platforms. You book through them, you deal with their team rather than the operator of the building, and they often take a commission on your booking.

Mystudenthalls.com works in a different way. We are not part of the booking process and we take no commission. Operators pay a flat fee to be listed, and you deal with them directly, whether it’s to get more information, arrange a viewing or make a booking.

What the badge does not mean

It’s important to remember that we have not visited or inspected the building. The badge is not a rating of quality, service or value, and it is not a recommendation.

If something is wrong

If you think a listing is not from the direct operator, or the operator named is not the one who replied, email hello@mystudenthalls.com with the building name and what happened.
