Just a 7 minute walk from St Luke’s Campus and 16 minutes’ walk from the main campus for the University of Exeter. Offering en suite rooms in shared apartments and stylish studios with your own mini-kitchens. Each room comes with a small double bed, loads of storage, work space and your own en suite bathroom. We also have some amazing Penthouse options with views across the city and 1 bedroom apartments for the ultimate university experience.

Looking for a bit of downtime? Head to our Social Spaces with loads of places to hang out with friends including a Games Area for lots of competitive fun. If you fancy a bit of break from your room then head to our dedicated Study Room for a change of scenery during those revision periods. Plus, we also have an outdoor courtyard, for when the sun decides to shine!

Our Residents’ Team are on hand to help with anything you need. Whichever room you choose all bills*, contents insurance and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the price. Plus, – you can even share our studios with a partner at no extra cost!
