The modern Kerria Apartments lie just 12 minutes' walk from the University of Manchester and 19 minutes from Manchester Metropolitan University. Located just off Oxford Road, they are conveniently located 5-8 minutes from Manchester Royal Infirmary and St Mary's, and have a range of amenities nearby, including supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and a large park. There are also bus links to the city centre right outside.
The Kerria Apartments building features a range of one and two-bedroom apartments, as well as a selection of self-contained studios. All apartments are stylishly furnished with either one or two double bedrooms, study area, storage and en suite shower, as well as a kitchenette and living area. Many on the top floor offer great city views, and some also feature a private balcony.
