Our thoughtfully designed studios offer complete independence with a private kitchen, ensuite bathroom and dedicated study area, creating a modern, self-contained space to live and study in comfort.

For students looking to enjoy a more social experience, our non-ensuite and ensuite rooms are arranged in shared apartments with spacious communal kitchens and living areas. Every room is furnished with a comfortable bed, study desk, ample storage and contemporary finishes, while every shared kitchen and studio also includes a private washer/dryer for added convenience.

Please note: Refurbishment works at City Edge are currently expected to be completed by November 2026. The works will be managed with the aim of minimising disruption to residents; however, some temporary inconvenience may be unavoidable. While finishing works continue at City Edge, affected residents will be provided with suitable temporary accommodation, which will be a non-ensuite room. Affected residents will be contacted directly with further details, including arrangements and timescales for the temporary accommodation, the works and temporary car park closure.

Further refurbishment works are currently anticipated to commence in Summer 2027. The timing, scope and duration of these works are indicative and may be subject to change. All refurbishment dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Residents will be kept informed of any significant updates relating to the works.
