It's time to njoy student living in the heart of the north, by staying in the most unique student accommodation in Manchester. Whether you choose to stay in the 19th Century grade II Victorian Mansion or the newly refurbished contemporary rooms and flats in Langdale Courtyard, we'll certainly have accommodation to suit your needs. We are located in leafy Victoria Park, with extensive beautiful mature gardens. We are also conveniently located for all the Manchester Universities, local transport links, shops, pubs and restaurants.
We have a broad range of fully furnished rooms available: single, double, large double, triple, single en-suite, double en-suite, standard en-suite, studio flats and 1 bed flats. Prices include all utility bills, ASK4 WiFi & Ethernet internet service and contents insurance with Endsleigh.
Free communal facilities at Langdale Hall include – pool table, table tennis, table football, outdoor tennis court, lockable bike storage and a full HD surround sound cinema room with full sports & movie package. Friendly on-site management team with dedicated maintenance service available during office hours. Laundry facilities (£60 per year for unlimited use), optional car parking (can be paid termly) and a live in caretaker. Full CCTV in operation 24hrs a day.
