King Street Exchange

King Street exchange offers variety of amenities on its site, it has a medium sized car park where you can easily reserve a spot. The building is provided with CCTV and a reception open 24/7, with a Student Experience Team during the day and a Safety Team that handles any issues outside of office hours. We strongly believe that the cost accommodation should not hinder students’ success that is why we offer an all-inclusive format, where in your rent is already factored in all your bills. There would be no extra charge, exception is made if you lose your key card. Access to our building is granted to a key card, thus ensuring safety of our students. We have a laundry room that our students can use. Here, washers and driers are provided by Washstation, committed to provide highly sustainable laundry rooms.

In terms of building characteristics, King Street Exchange has en-suite rooms, with single beds, and it is possible to share a flat with 4 to 6 students. Further, it is in a quiet place.

Location wise King Street Exchange is in the perfect spot, that is because it is a 5 minutes’ walk from the University of Aberdeen campus. You can spend the day in the Taylor or the Sir Duncan Rice Library and be home in less than 5 minutes.  There is a plethora of little takeaway restaurants and a nice international grocery shop nearby. While Lidl is less than 10 minutes away. We are well connected with the City Centre with a bus stop right outside our entrance, Bus 1 and 2 will bring you into the heart of the City in 15 minutes.
