One thing is for certain, at Base Glasgow you’ll never be bored! We have an amazing selection of social areas for you to hang out with friends, including a huge social space with tv area, table tennis, table football and pool, a cinema room, roof terrace and outdoor space. Keep fit with our free on-site gym and there are also plenty of spaces to study with our project rooms. Studying at the Royal Conservatoire or just feeling musical? Practice to your heart’s content in our multiple music rooms and dance studio.

Choose from an en suite room in a shared apartment, or your own private studio. All rooms come with a small double bed, plenty of storage and a workspace. In an en suite you’ll be able to cook up a storm with your flatmates in the shared kitchen and living area. Opting for a studio? Enjoy privacy with your own en suite bathroom, dining space and mini-kitchen. With plenty of extra space our studios are perfect to share – at no extra cost!

All of your bills*, contents insurance and Wi-Fi are included in your rent, making budgeting easier. Our Residents’ Team are on hand to help, and also run a regular social events schedule to keep you entertained.
