Situated just an 16-minute walk away from Loughborough University, with a convenient shuttle-bus between the town and university which runs every 10-15 minutes, you’re really in the centre of it all at Optima!

All of the rooms here at Optima come as self-contained en-suite studios and, uniquely, some are split-level with mezzanine floors. Our rooms start from a spacious 18m²! Whatever studio size you go for, each one comes with a small double bed, en-suite shower room, spacious study zone and generous storage, plus your very own mini-kitchen and dining area. The amenities are all yours unless you want to share – remember, we don’t charge extra for couples!
