Students in the area flock to Plymouth Pavilions for regular live music gigs, and there are three bars run by the Student Union on the main University of Plymouth campus. Elsewhere Switch, on North Hill, is a lively venue where dancing into the wee hours is always on the cards, and OMG is one of the area’s most instantly-recognizable nightclubs.
